Insulating Rotary Elbow

APPLICATION

The elbow is used for live work up to 36 000 V AC or up to 54 000 V DC. It is part of the dry-cleaning kit for cleaning live electrical equipment. It allows you to attach brushes or nozzles at any angle to the centreline of the suction tube.

STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE

The elbow should be stored in a case or suitcase in a way that protects it from mechanical damage. Store the elbow in dry areas away from heat sources, in a non-chemically aggressive atmosphere. Protect from sunlight. Elbows should be cleaned after each use. Clean dirty elbows by wiping their outer surfaces with a dry cloth. If heavily soiled, clean exterior surfaces with a cloth dampened with ASOREL and dry thoroughly. It is recommended to wipe the outside! the surface of the elbows after they have dried, with a silicone wipe (supplied with the kit). Attention! Use the silicone wipe only to wipe the outer surface of the elbows.
