CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“The Perfect Electrician’s Kit”
§1. General Provisions
The organizer of the contest “The Perfect Electrician’s Kit” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is HUBIX Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at St. Główna 43, 96-321 Żabia Wola – Huta Żabiowolska, Tax ID No. 5291803171, National Court Register No. 0000500184, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
The Contest is organized on the occasion of International Electrician Day.
The Contest is conducted via HUBIX social media profiles, in particular:
Facebook,
Instagram,
TikTok,
YouTube,
LinkedIn.
The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn. These platforms bear no responsibility for the conduct of the Contest.
§2. Contest Duration
The Contest begins on 27.05.2026 and lasts until 08.06.2026 at 11:59 PM CET.
The Contest results will be announced on 10.06.2026 via HUBIX social media channels.
§3. Participation Conditions
Any adult individual with full legal capacity may participate in the Contest.
Employees of the Organizer and members of their immediate families are excluded from participation.
To participate in the Contest, participants must:
a) post a comment under the contest post, or
b) send their answer via email to: eshop@hubix.pl
and answer the following contest question:
“What should be included in the perfect electrician’s kit and why?”
Each participant may submit one entry only and may receive a maximum of one prize.
Contest entries are of an inspirational nature and constitute participants’ proposals regarding the configuration of the perfect electrician’s kit.
Entries containing:
offensive content,
vulgar language,
content infringing third-party rights,
content unrelated to the Contest topic,
may be removed and excluded from the Contest.
§4. Selection of Winners
From all submitted entries, the Organizer will select answers that may be used to create the final “HUBIX Perfect Electrician’s Kit”.
The authors of the 3 selected entries will become Contest winners.
Entries will be evaluated based on:
creativity,
practical application,
usefulness for electricians,
relevance to the Contest theme.
Entries will be evaluated by a committee appointed by the Organizer.
The Organizer’s decision is final and cannot be appealed.
The evaluation process is subjective and solely at the Organizer’s discretion.
The Organizer is not obliged to justify the selection of winning entries.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the final configuration of the kit in relation to participants’ proposals.
The Organizer reserves the right to create a product or product set under the name “HUBIX Perfect Electrician’s Kit” based on selected entries and introduce it into its commercial and marketing activities.
§5. Prizes
The prizes in the Contest are:
a) 1 personalized HUBIX product set called “The Perfect Electrician’s Kit”, created based on selected contest entries,
b) 2 HUBIX protective glove sets.
The final configuration of “The Perfect Electrician’s Kit” will be prepared and finalized by the Organizer after the Contest ends.
Due to the need to prepare and assemble the prizes, shipment will take place within 60 days from the announcement of the results. This period may be extended for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control.
The Organizer reserves the right to adjust the contents of the kits depending on product availability and production capabilities.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other equivalents.
Winners will be asked to provide shipping details via private message or email.
If a winner fails to respond within 7 days from the announcement of the results, the Organizer reserves the right to select another winner.
The kits awarded to winners may constitute a final or pilot version of a product developed by HUBIX based on contest submissions.
HUBIX reserves the right to further develop, modify, and introduce the created kit into its permanent commercial offer.
§6. Copyrights and Consents
Participants declare that submitted entries are their own work and do not infringe any third-party rights.
By participating in the Contest, participants consent to:
publication of their entry,
publication of their name or social media profile name,
in materials related to the Contest and HUBIX communication channels.
Participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, free-of-charge, unlimited in time and territory license to use submitted entries for marketing and promotional purposes related to HUBIX activities.
Participants acknowledge that submitted ideas, suggestions, and proposals regarding the kit configuration may be used by the Organizer to create products, product sets, marketing materials, or sales activities related to the HUBIX brand without additional remuneration.
Participants shall not be entitled to any additional financial claims or participation in profits resulting from the use of submitted ideas by the Organizer.
Participants consent to the development and modification of submitted entries by the Organizer.
§7. Personal Data
The controller of participants’ personal data is HUBIX Sp. z o.o.
Participants’ personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of:
conducting the Contest,
selecting winners,
contacting winners,
delivering prizes.
Participants have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable law.

§8. Final Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important organizational or legal reasons.
The Terms and Conditions are available via the link provided in the contest post.
Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.
The Organizer reserves the right not to resolve the Contest or not to select all winners if the quality of submitted entries does not meet the Organizer’s expectations.
Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
