Insulating Elbow, 90°

APPLICATION

The elbow is used for live work up to 36 000 V AC or up to 54 000 V DC. It is part of the dry-cleaning kit for cleaning live electrical equipment. The elbow allows the brushes or nozzles to be attached at 90° to the axis of the suction tube.

STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE

The elbow should be stored in a case or suitcase in a way that protects it from mechanical damage. Store the elbow in dry areas away from heat sources, in a non-chemically aggressive atmosphere. Protect from sunlight. Elbows should be cleaned after each use. Clean dirty elbows by wiping their outer surfaces with a dry cloth. If heavily soiled, clean exterior surfaces with a cloth dampened with ASOREL and dry thoroughly. It is recommended to wipe the outside! the surface of the elbows after they have dried, with a silicone wipe (supplied with the kit). Attention! Use the silicone wipe only to wipe the outer surface of the elbows.
