Insulated wire stripping pliers are used for work with alternating currents up to 1000 V or direct currents up to 1500 V on distribution equipment. The pliers are designed for stripping insulation from wires and cable cores (Al, Cu) with cross-sections from 0.5 mm² to 10 mm².
STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE
Store and transport the stripping pliers in a bag or toolbox separate from other tools to avoid mechanical damage. Store the stripping pliers in dry rooms away from heat sources, in a non-aggressive chemical atmosphere. Protect from sunlight. The stripping pliers should be cleaned after each use. Use a dry cloth for cleaning. If it is very dirty, clean the stripping pliers with a cloth dampened with water and mild detergent or with a cloth dampened with ASOREL and dry it thoroughly.
