The T-shirt is available in the following sizes:
━ XS–4XL
Flame protection: The product meets the requirements of EN ISO 14116 Index 3 for limited flame spread. The fabric provides inherent flame retardant properties that are an integral part of the fibres and do not depend on a surface treatment.
Protection against flame and heat: Cantex Jersey AT fabric has been tested according to EN ISO 11612 A1+A2 B1 C1 F1, providing protection against specified hazards associated with flame and heat.
Electric arc protection: The fabric has been tested according to EN 61482-1-2:2014 and achieves APC 1. In testing according to EN IEC 61482-1-1:2019, the fabric achieves ELIM 3.9 cal/cm² and EBT 4.6 cal/cm².
Antistatic properties: The T-shirt meets the requirements of EN 1149-5 for electrostatic properties. The fabric has also been tested according to EN 1149-3. The antistatic fibre helps limit the accumulation of electrostatic charges on the surface of the garment.
High visibility: Fabric in fluorescent colours has been tested according to EN ISO 20471. High visibility properties apply to product versions made from fluorescent fabrics.
Fabric: 895: Cantex Jersey AT – 60% modacrylic / 19% recycled cotton / 19% cotton / 2% antistatic fibre, 180 g/m². This is a lightweight single jersey fabric with inherent flame retardant properties. The fabric is PFAS-free.
Permanent flame retardant protection: The flame retardant properties of the fabric are inherent, meaning they are an integral part of the fibres used. They are not achieved through a surface treatment and cannot be washed out during laundering.
Fabric performance: Cantex Jersey AT achieves an LOI of 26.0%. The fabric has also been tested for electrostatic properties according to EN 1149-3.
UV protection: Cantex Jersey AT fabric has been tested according to EN 13758-1 and achieves a protection level of UPF 29. This is a property of the tested fabric.
Wearer comfort: The lightweight 180 g/m² fabric provides comfort during extended periods of work. Heat-sealed reflective stripes are flexible and designed to reduce garment stiffness.
PFAS-free: The product is made from PFAS-free fabric.
Recycled cotton: The fabric contains 19% recycled cotton, representing 50% of the total cotton content in the fabric.
Applications: The T-shirt is designed for work environments where flame retardant and antistatic properties as well as protection against the thermal hazards of electric arc are required. Fluorescent versions also provide high visibility properties. It is particularly suitable for the energy sector, electrical industry, industrial work, maintenance, service work, electrical installations and other demanding work environments.
Certification: The product is CE marked in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/425 concerning personal protective equipment. It meets the requirements of EN ISO 14116 Index 3 and EN 1149-5. The fabric has been tested according to EN ISO 11612 A1+A2 B1 C1 F1, EN 61482-1-2:2014 APC 1 and EN ISO 20471 for fluorescent colours. The product is also OEKO-TEX certified.
