APPLICATION
The tester is designed to measure the insulation resistance:
o the tester measuring ranges: 20 MΩ and 2,000 MΩ
o measuring voltage: 500 V DC
o voltage at test terminals:
VΩ-COM < 3 V
Ext-COM < 3 V
Low battery indicator: yellow LED (LO BAT)
Recommended working conditions of the multimeter: 0 °C ÷ + 50 °C, relative humidity <80%.
STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE
The tester should be stored and transported in a bag in a way that protects it against mechanical damage. Store the tester in dry rooms, away from heat sources, in a chemically non-aggressive atmosphere. Protect against sunlight. Keep the tester clean. It should be periodically wiped with a dry cloth. Do not use abrasives or solvents for cleaning. When replacing the periodic inspection sticker, remove any adhesive residue from the housing. Do not make any inscriptions, cuts or engravings on the meter.
