Insulated Magnetic Holder for Live Working
The insulated magnetic holder is a specialized tool designed for the safe removal of metal components such as nuts, washers, screws, and other small parts that have accidentally detached from power equipment and fallen into hard-to-reach areas. The tool is intended for live working up to 1 kV in switchgear equipment.
The working elements are made of high-quality steel, aluminum, and brass, ensuring durability, mechanical strength, and reliability under industrial conditions. The handle is coated with plastisol (PVC) insulation, applied using a dip-coating process.
The handle insulation is double-layered, manufactured in contrasting white and orange colors, allowing easy visual inspection for possible damage. The thickness of each insulation layer is at least 1 mm. The insulation of the flexible element and the head is single-layer, in orange color.
The flexible arm allows for easy and precise positioning of the holder in the optimal working position, significantly facilitating work in confined spaces. The applied insulation provides protection up to 1 kV AC and 1.5 kV DC, ensuring a high level of safety when used in electrical environments.
Warning:
When removing large conductive metal elements, special caution should be exercised to avoid accidental short circuits.
