The Insulating Wire End Cap Ø15 mm provides dependable electrical insulation and mechanical protection for exposed cable and conductor ends in low voltage systems. It is designed for professional utility, industrial and maintenance environments where compact dimensions and reliable insulation performance are required.
Manufactured from flexible and durable EVA copolymer, the cap allows secure coverage of small-diameter conductors while enabling quick and tool-free installation. Its high-visibility red colour enhances safety on site and reduces the risk of accidental contact.
Rated up to 1 kV AC / 1.5 kV DC and compliant with EN 61479 (Class 0), the Ø15 mm end cap supports safe insulation practices and forms part of professional Live Working equipment systems.
The Ø15 mm size is ideal for smaller cable ends requiring precise fit and dependable insulation clearance.

APPLICATION
Flexible end caps are used for live work up to 1 000 V AC or up to 1 500 V DC. The covers are designed to protect the ends of wires and cables at switchgear devices, cable lines and overhead lines.
STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE
Store end caps in a manner that prevents compression, bending or mechanical damage. Store the end caps in dry rooms away from heat sources, in a non-chemically aggressive atmosphere. Protect from sunlight. It is recommended to store at an ambient temperature of 10 °C to 25 °C. End caps should be cleaned after each use. For cleaning use warm water (up to 40 °C) with a mild detergent. After cleaning, dry the end caps thoroughly at a temperature not exceeding 60 °C.
