Flame retardant short-sleeve T-shirt designed to be worn as a base layer underneath protective workwear. Made from soft Merino RX fabric with a weight of 200 g/m², consisting of 60% merino wool, 38% flame retardant viscose and 2% antistatic fibre. The fabric provides inherent flame retardant and antistatic properties that cannot be washed out. The T-shirt provides comfortable wear directly against the skin and can be used as part of a multi-layer protective system against heat, flame and the thermal hazards of an electric arc. The garment is made from PFAS-free fabric.

Protection: The T-shirt meets the requirements of EN ISO 14116 Index 3 for protection against flame spread and EN 1149-5 for electrostatic properties. The fabric has also been tested for protection against the thermal hazards of an electric arc according to EN 61482-1-2, APC 1. The electric arc protection level is ELIM 5.3 cal/cm² and EBT 7.5 cal/cm².
Fabric: Merino RX – 60% merino wool / 38% viscose / 2% antistatic fibre, 200 g/m². The knitted fabric provides inherent flame retardant properties and is PFAS-free.
Base layer: The T-shirt is designed to be worn as the first layer of protective clothing. When protection against electric arc hazards is required, it should be used as part of a properly selected multi-layer protective clothing system.
Care: The T-shirt can be washed at temperatures up to 60°C. Do not bleach. Tumble dry at low temperature. Iron at low temperature. Do not dry clean.
