Flame retardant long-sleeve T-shirt made from lightweight, inherently flame retardant Outback J220 interlock fabric with a weight of 225 g/m². The fabric provides a high level of protection against flame, heat and the thermal hazards of an electric arc, while combining low weight with a high ELIM protection level. The T-shirt is designed to be worn as a single layer or as part of a properly selected protective system. The fabric provides permanent inherent flame retardant properties that cannot be washed out. The garment is PFAS-free and made without metal components.

Protection: The T-shirt meets the requirements of EN ISO 11612 A1+A2 B1 C1 F1 for protection against heat and flame and EN 61482-2, APC 1, for protection against the thermal hazards of an electric arc. The garment also meets the requirements of EN 1149-5 for electrostatic properties.
Electric arc protection: The T-shirt achieves an electric arc protection level of ELIM 8.3 cal/cm² and EBT 9.3 cal/cm² according to EN IEC 61482-1-1:2019. The garment meets the requirements of APC 1 according to EN 61482-1-2:2014.
Fabric: Outback J220 – 40% viscose / 26% modacrylic / 18% cotton / 8% polyamide / 6% aramid / 2% antistatic fibre, 225 g/m². The lightweight interlock fabric provides inherent flame retardant properties and a high ELIM protection level. The fabric is PFAS-free.
Comfort and protection: The lightweight and flexible knitted fabric combines a high level of protection against flame, heat and electric arc with excellent wearer comfort. The low fabric weight makes the T-shirt particularly suitable for long shifts and work in warmer conditions.
Tranemo Skinsafe: The T-shirt can be used as part of a properly selected Tranemo Skinsafe multi-layer protective system against flame, heat and the thermal hazards of an electric arc.
Care: Wash at temperatures up to 60°C. Do not bleach. Tumble dry at low temperature. Iron at temperatures up to 150°C. Do not dry clean.
