Extension for insulating handlig stick

APPLICATION

The extension is part of the equipment used for cleaning electrical devices under voltage from 0.4 kV to 36 kV using the wetting method, for saturating cable heads, and for handling screw connections.

STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE

The extension stick  should be properly stored to minimize the risk of damage due to storage or transportation. The extension should be stored separately from other equipment to avoid mechanical damage. The extension should be protected from excessive heat and sun light. The extension should be cleaned after each use. Use a dry cloth to clean the surface of the extension. It is recommended to wipe the extension’s surface after drying with silicone tissue (supplied with the set). If heavily soiled, use ASOREL for cleaning. After drying, it is recommended to wipe the extension elements with a special cloth soaked in a silicone preparation intended for the regeneration of insulating components of live working equipment.
