PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS “FOLLOW HUBIX – GET A BOTTLE OPENER”

§1. General Provisions

1. The organizer of the promotional campaign “Follow HUBIX – Get a Bottle Opener” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is HUBIX Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Główna 43, 96-321 Żabia Wola – Huta Żabiowolska, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000500184, NIP: 5291803171.
2. The Campaign is conducted during ENERGETAB – 39th International Energy Trade Fair, from 15–17 September 2026, at the HUBIX booth.
3. The Campaign is promotional in nature and is neither a competition nor a lottery.

§2. Participation in the Campaign

1. Any person visiting the HUBIX booth may participate in the Campaign.
2. The condition for receiving the promotional gift is a new follow or subscription to a selected HUBIX social media channel, accessible via a QR code displayed at the booth.
3. The participant may choose any of the HUBIX channels available as part of the Campaign.
4. To confirm that the condition has been fulfilled, the participant must show the HUBIX profile they have followed or subscribed to on their device to a HUBIX staff member.
5. Each participant who fulfils the conditions of the Campaign will receive one HUBIX bottle opener.
6. One person may receive a maximum of one bottle opener, regardless of the number of new follows or subscriptions made as part of the Campaign.
7. Participation in the Campaign is free of charge and does not require a purchase.
8. Bottle openers will be distributed while stocks last.

§3. Final Provisions

1. Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to end the Campaign once the available stock of bottle openers has been exhausted.
3. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable provisions of law.
