PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“EMERGENCY TREE CLEARANCE? BE READY”
§1. General Provisions
The organizer of the promotional campaign “EMERGENCY TREE CLEARANCE? BE READY” is HUBIX Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at  St. Główna 43, 96-321 Żabia Wola – Huta Żabiowolska, Tax ID: 5291803171, KRS 0000500184],  hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
The promotional campaign is conducted through the Organizer’s online store available at: www.hubix.pl.
The purpose of the campaign is to promote products intended for tree and branch clearance work as well as personal protective equipment (PPE) for crews working near electrical infrastructure.
§2. Campaign Period
The promotional campaign runs from 14 June 2026 until 31 July 2026, 11:59 PM (CET).
The promotion is valid until 31 July 2026 or while stocks of the promotional products last, whichever occurs first.
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the campaign earlier for valid reasons.
§3. Promotion Rules
The promotion is open to natural persons, legal entities, and organizational units capable of entering into contracts.
The following products and sets are included in the promotion:
a) Tree Clearance Set:

VTT 7-section insulated telescopic pole,
Curved pruning saw with stoppers for insulated poles.
b) PPE Tree Clearance Set – Variant 1:

Insulating helmet with movable face shield,
Protective sunglasses,
EURECA arc-flash protective gloves, ATPV 9.7 cal/cm²,
RESPIREX insulating footwear,
Roll-top bag.
c) PPE Tree Clearance Set – Variant 2:

Insulating helmet with movable face shield,
Protective safety glasses,
KAMFET Class 2 insulating gloves,
RESPIREX insulating footwear,
Roll-top bag.
Participants will receive a 5% discount on the gross price of products and sets covered by the promotion after entering the promotional code:

The promotional code must be entered during the checkout process in the Organizer’s online store.
The discount will be applied automatically once the promotion conditions have been met.
The promotional code cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
§4. Restrictions
The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, promotional codes, loyalty programs, or individual commercial offers unless otherwise decided by the Organizer.
The discount applies exclusively to the products and sets listed in §3, paragraph 2 of these Terms and Conditions.
The Organizer may refuse to process an order using the promotional code in cases of abuse, technical errors, or use of the promotion contrary to its intended purpose.
§5. Complaints
Complaints regarding the promotional campaign may be submitted electronically to: [e-mail address].
Complaints will be reviewed by the Organizer within 14 days of receipt.
§6. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are available on the Organizer’s website.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, provided that such amendments do not affect rights acquired by participants prior to the changes.
Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the applicable laws of Poland.
