CONTEST RULES
“Name the HUBIX Trailer”

§1. General Provisions

The organizer of the “Name the HUBIX Trailer” contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is HUBIX Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at w Główna 43, 96-321 Huta Żabiowolska, VAT ID: 5291803171, KRS:0000500184, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
The Contest is organized on the occasion of Children’s Day.
The Contest is conducted via HUBIX social media profiles, in particular:
• Facebook,
• Instagram,
• LinkedIn,
• TikTok.
The Contest is not sponsored, administered or organized by Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok. These platforms bear no responsibility for the Contest.
§2. Contest Duration

The Contest begins on 01.06.2026 and ends on 03.06.2026 at 23:59.
The Contest results will be announced on 12.06.2026 via HUBIX social media profiles.
§3. Participation Conditions

Any adult person with full legal capacity may participate in the Contest.
Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members may not participate in the Contest.
To participate in the Contest, participants must post a comment under the contest post containing:
• a proposed name for the HUBIX trailer,
• a slogan / text that should appear on the trailer banner.
Each participant may submit a maximum of 3 entries.
Entries containing:
• offensive content,
• vulgar language,
• content infringing third-party rights,
• content unrelated to the Contest topic
may be removed and excluded from the Contest.
§4. Selection of Winners

The Organizer will select the most interesting trailer name and advertising slogan proposals from all submitted entries.
Entries will be evaluated based on:
• creativity,
• originality,
• consistency with the HUBIX brand identity,
• marketing usability.
Entries will be evaluated by a committee appointed by the Organizer.
The Organizer’s decision is final and cannot be appealed.
The evaluation of entries is subjective and belongs solely to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to use selected names and slogans in HUBIX marketing activities and promotional materials.
The Organizer is not obliged to use the winning proposal in the final project version.
§5. Prizes

The prize in the Contest is one gadget available in the HUBIX gadgets section https://hubix.pl/en/gadgets/, selected by the winner from products available at the time of contact with the winner.
The Organizer reserves the right to limit the selection of prizes depending on product availability.
The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.
The winner will be asked to provide shipping details via private message or email.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days from the announcement of the results, the Organizer reserves the right to select another winner.
§6. Copyrights and Consents

The participant declares that the submitted proposal is their own work and does not infringe any third-party rights.
By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees to:
• publication of their submitted proposal,
• publication of their name or profile name
in materials related to the Contest and in HUBIX communication channels.
The participant grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, free of charge, unlimited in time and territory right to use submitted proposals for marketing and promotional purposes related to HUBIX activities.
The participant agrees to the development and modification of submitted proposals by the Organizer.
§7. Personal Data

The controller of participants’ personal data is HUBIX Sp. z o.o.
Participants’ personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of:
• conducting the Contest,
• selecting the winner,
• contacting the winner,
• delivering the prize.
Participants have the right to access, correct and request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

§8. Final Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules for important organizational or legal reasons.
The Rules are available via the link indicated in the contest post.
Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.
The Organizer reserves the right not to resolve the Contest if the quality or number of submissions does not meet the Organizer’s expectations.
Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Rules.
