APPLICATION

Single headed spanners are designed for loosening and tightening the screw connections of electrical equipment in live working from 6kV to 36kV (spanners with red insulation) or from 15kV to 36kV (spanners with black insulation).

STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE

The single headed spanners should be properly stored to minimize the risk of damage due to storage or transportation. The spanners should be stored separately from other equipment to avoid mechanical damage. The spanners should be protected from excessive heat and sun light. The spanners should be cleaned after each use. Use a dry tissue for cleaning. If heavily soiled, use ASOREL for cleaning and dry thoroughly.
