APPLICATION

Socket screwdrivers are used for live work up to 1 000 V AC or up to 1 500 V DC, on switchgear devices and cable and overhead lines. The screwdriver is designed for loosening and tightening of connections that have hexagonal head screws.

STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE

Store the screwdrivers in a bag or toolbox separate from other tools to avoid mechanical damage. Store the socket in dry areas away from heat sources, in a non-aggressive chemical atmosphere. Protect from sunlight. The screwdriver should be cleaned after each use. Use a dry cloth for cleaning. If the screwdriver is very dirty, clean it with a cloth dampened in water with a mild detergent or cloth dampened with ASOREL and dry thoroughly.
