APPLICATION 
The shackle is used for permanent (for the duration of work) fastening of ropes, slings and equipment on overhead line structures during work under voltage. 

STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE 
The shackle should be stored in a way that protects it from mechanical damage and corrosion. Store the shackle in dry rooms, in a chemically non-aggressive atmosphere. The shackle should be cleaned after each use. Preserve the shackle with penetrating lubricants. Use a dry cloth for cleaning. In case of heavy contamination, clean with a cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol and dry thoroughly. Clean with isopropyl alcohol in an open space or in ventilated rooms
